2 pink lady apples
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup purchased caramel sauce,
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

Spread parchment paper on a tray. Cut the two apples into roughly 8 thick, rounded slices. Squeeze lemon juice over the apples' both sides and place them in a shallow dish.

In a bowl safe for the microwave, heat the caramel sauce for about 30 seconds, or until it softens.

After patting each apple slice dry with a paper towel, put half of it into the caramel sauce. Apples should be dipped and placed on the ready tray. Continue until you have dunked every apple. Refrigerate for 30 to 40 minutes, or until firm.
