⅓ cup milk

1 large egg

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

¼ cup potato starch

¼ cup all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

¼ teaspoon shichimi togarashi 

2 cups oil for frying

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 teaspoon gochujang
