Ingredients
2 pink or ruby-red grapefruits
2 navel oranges
4 tangerines
½ cup pomegranate arils
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup frozen lemonade

Using a serrated edge knife, peel grapefruits, oranges, and tangerines, taking care to remove the white pith.

Cut all citrus fruits in half lengthwise and take out the seeds. Divide the pieces equally among the four salad plates. Evenly scatter pomegranate seeds over every salad.
