 Citrus and Pomegranate Salad 

 A delicious salad with sweet oranges, tangerines, ruby grapefruit, and pomegranate seeds can be enjoyed any time of day or for any occasion. It is perfectly complemented by the basic dressing. Utilize any mixture of sweet, fresh citrus.

Ingredients 



2 pink or ruby-red grapefruits

2 navel oranges

4 tangerines

½ cup pomegranate arils

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup frozen lemonade 

Directions   

step 1

Using a serrated edge knife, peel grapefruits, oranges, and tangerines, taking care to remove the white pith.

step 2

Cut all citrus fruits in half lengthwise and take out the seeds. Divide the pieces equally among the four salad plates. Evenly scatter pomegranate seeds over every salad.

In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream and concentrated lemonade until creamy dressing is formed.
