Coffee Creamer French Toast    

    

This is the traditional French toast dish for breakfast, but instead of using milk, you may use coffee creamer taste with cinnamon French toast flavor, which adds the ideal amount of sweetness. If you want to kick it up a notch, top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and a pinch of cinnamon.


Ingredients

1/2 cup cinnamon French toast flavor coffee creamer (such as Chobani® Cinnamon French toast)


1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar


1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


1 splash Mexican vanilla extract


1 pinch salt


4 slices Italian bread (such as Turano® Pane Turano)


1 tablespoon butter

 



 

Directions

In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg, coffee creamer, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until frothy and creamy; put aside.


In a big, nonstick skillet set over medium heat, melt butter.

For five to seven seconds on each side, dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture. After adding the bread to the skillet, fry it for three to four minutes on each side, or until it is golden brown.
