Ingredients 


Half a cup of butter

One cup of extra-fine sugar

One-half cup heavy cream

Four bananas, cut in half lengthwise and peeled  


 Directions

In a big, heavy skillet set over medium heat, melt butter. Add the sugar and whisk until it melts and turns a light brown color. Add the cream gradually; the mixture will bubble up.

After one minute of boiling, turn down the heat. Gently place the bananas in the pan and cook for about two minutes, or until they are barely heated through. Warm up the food.
